Moving to a new iPhone

If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, Stillmoon comes with it. You can also make a backup file in Settings › Back up now, then open it on the new phone with your recovery key.

Lost your recovery key?

While Stillmoon still opens on your iPhone, you can view your recovery key in Settings › Recovery key. We never have a copy, so we can't recover it for you. Write it down somewhere safe.

Importing from Flo or Clue

Export your data from the other app, save the file to your iPhone, then choose Settings › Import. It's read on your phone and never uploaded.

Cancelling Premium

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or use Settings › Manage or cancel inside Stillmoon. Tracking, predictions and reminders stay free whatever you choose.

Restoring a purchase

In Stillmoon, go to Settings › Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

Deleting everything

Settings › Delete everything removes all your data and its key from your iPhone. We hold no copy, so it's gone for good.

Predictions and health

Stillmoon gives estimates from what you log. It isn't contraception and can't diagnose anything. If something worries you, speak to your GP or call NHS 111.
